What is your 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee?
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your package arrives. If you are not completely delighted with how a piece looks or performs in your space, simply email support@havenahouse.com and our concierge will provide a straightforward return authorization and refund your original payment method.
Can I update my shipping address or cancel my order?
If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing it. Our fulfillment center processes packages swiftly, but we will make every effort to modify your details before the courier picks up your parcel.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
Every order is covered by our 100% Insured Delivery Guarantee. If an item is damaged during transit, take a quick photo and email support@havenahouse.com. We will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement at zero charge.
